Probably, you may hear of Auki or read about it.Here, attached are photos about Auki, the provincial township of Malaita.

What is so special about Auki is, it is a town that has connection to the four corners of the huge and mountainous island of Malaita. The West, South, East, North. It has the main sea port where people can board a ship for Honiara.It has Market where people from rural areas come to sell their products and stores for shopping. People come long way just like me to Auki, either by truck, outboard motors, Canoes or just by foot. Then after pursuing their business return to their homes.

Auki is a unique town in the Solomons because shipping services to it is always reliable.
